Awesome location, shops & restaurants at my feet, no need for boring taxis. 27, pool was lit, staff was cool, props to the cleaning ladies. A great experience!

Can't believe I had to leave the comfort of my room to use the Wi-Fi. Seriously?

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the heart of the tourist area. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for all the basic amenities one would expect. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Kazim on reception who went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms had a decent view from the balcony, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

The location was convenient, with planet yucca restaurant nearby. Kusadasi City Center neighborhood was worth exploring. Hotel's next to main attractions like Guvercinada. We liked surtel.

Great features and perfect location. The rooms were cozy, and we loved the free Wi-Fi and breakfast every morning. The hotel was ideally located near the city center and had breathtaking views from the rooftop. The staff were friendly and very polite, also gave us great recommendations for local spots.

The decor and fixtures were quite outdated, the restaurant was a bit uninspiring, and the pool area was a bit crowded. The noise level from the nearby clubs and bars was quite high, which made sleeping a bit difficult.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kusadasi. The central location was absolutely perfect, as it was right in the heart of the tourist area. The hotel staff were friendly, always smiling, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a decent view from the balcony. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of options to choose from.

Good Location, Christmas decorations

If you want to stomp around the city centre, this place is nearby everything such as shops, bars, tourist spots, and the beach. The hotel had nice Christmas decorations that added to the holiday spirit, which was nice, and the staff was generally friendly.

My pleasant holiday mood dropped when I experienced the poor service from the reception desk. The aircon didn't work well, the bathrooms had subpar water pressure, and the amenities were generally old and unkempt.

We had an amazing time at the hotel in this city. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the room always being very clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the accessible pool and restaurant on the roof. It was also a huge plus that we had free parking available. In terms of transportation, the location was perfect as it was right in the centre of town and in walking distance of the whole centre. Another great feature was that the hotel was located right opposite where the cruise ships arrived in port.

The location was superb, right in the center, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the nearby beach and port. The staff, especially the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also loved the amazing view from our spacious room, and the presence of air conditioning and a vault provided added convenience. We will definitely choose to stay at Surtel again in the future.
